About this role

This is a remote position. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Listing Assistant to support our fast-paced and growing real estate team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, loves a dynamic work environment, and takes ownership of their role and responsibilities. The Listing Assistant will play a critical part in supporting the team’s listing processes from start to finish, managing backend organization, data entry, and client-facing communication with professionalism and confidence. Follow foUp Boss (CRM)
Todoist (Task Management)
SWIFT (Listing Management Platform)
PadSplit Marketplace (Listing Platform) Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Listings Support:
Create Google Drive folders for all listings and pull required documents
Prep listing agreements and documents in Dotloop
Data entry and preparation of listings in SWIFT
Grow into responsibility of pushing listings live
Finalize listing setup post-launch
Track and monitor paperwork and signatures
Maintain monthly financial reports for PadSplit properties
Keep all team and seller inventory spreadsheets updated
Collect showing feedback and communicate with team and sellers
