Principal Consultant – Data Lead

Description: Serve as the senior data leader for Higher Education transformation engagements, focusing on Ascend CRM and Advancement data. Combine engagement leadership, hands-on SQL and data development, data strategy, governance, and integration advisory. Requirements: Significant consulting experience leading complex enterprise data initiatives. Strong hands-on SQL development capabilities and experience with data migration and integration. Experience in Higher Education, preferably with Ascend CRM. Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
