About this role

Description: Build, run, and manage a team of AI agents to innovate faster and improve customer service. Identify AI opportunities and connect agents to tools while measuring their effectiveness. Requirements: Experience in building autonomous agents that perform meaningful tasks. Proficient with Grok, Claude, OpenAI, and open-source technologies. Comfortable with Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, and GCP. Strong written communication skills in English. Benefits: Salary range: $150,000–$250,000 USD. $20,000 signing bonus. 4 weeks vacation plus country-specific holidays. Fully remote work environment.
