Anduril Industries
Senior Recruiter, Business Development
About this role
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years. ABOUT THE TEAM The Business Development Recruiting team is responsible for attracting and hiring the talent that builds Anduril’s growth engine. We recruit across the full spectrum of Business Development, including Capture, Strategy & Proposals, Business Development Representatives, Government Relations, and Program Management. As Anduril scales into new markets, new programs of record, and new customer sets, these functions grow in complexity and criticality — and the quality of the people we bring in directly shapes how the company identifies, wins, and expands its most consequential opportunities. ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for a Senior Recruiter for Business Development to join our rapidly growing team in Washington, DC (preferred), Costa Mesa, CA, Seattle, WA, or Boston, MA office. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting across Business Development, Government Relations, and Program Management, while providing flex support to adjacent Growth searches as needed. You will build deep partnerships with your hiring managers, becoming a trusted extension of their teams, while developing real relationships with candidates throughout the process. This will require the versatility to context-switch across searches that demand very different domain fluency, candidate pools, and assessment approaches. In a given week you might be sourcing a Capture Manager with PEO experience, screening a Director of Business Development
