Our focus on data science, machine learning, and generative AI helps tech-forward companies level up their employees' skills and drive innovation. We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join our B2B Curriculum team and develop technical / AI-focused courses for corporate clients. You will turn client needs and subject-matter expertise into practical, scalable learning experiences and continuously improve them using learner feedback and expert recommendations. This is a full-time remote contract position. After the Online Introductory Call, candidates will be required to complete a test assignment. What you will do
- Own the end-to-end development of new B2B courses, from learning needs analysis and high-level design to final course documentation, in collaboration with Product Managers and subject-matter experts.
- Build course Skill Trees and map learning outcomes across the course, modules, and individual lessons.
- Create educational content, practice exercises, assessments, and learning aids based on materials provided by subject-matter experts.
- Prepare clear briefs for designers and video editors, and develop outlines and facilitator materials for workshops, seminars, and other live formats.
- Analyze each client’s learning needs, business goals, workflows, tools, operational constraints, and learner profiles together with Product Managers and client stakeholders.
- Customize learning activities, case studies, learning paths, curriculum structure, and schedules to reflect authentic client tasks and the needs of different roles.
- Continuously improve the learning experience by auditing cognitive load, motivation, difficulty, and alignment with learning outcomes; use learner feedback and expert recommendations to update content and maintain an improvement backlog. Requirements Must have:
- At least three years of experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, Learning Content Developer, Program Designer, or in a comparable role.
- Proven experience applying modern learning experience design models, methodologies, and frameworks to the development of complex skills.
