Software Engineer, Backend

Description: Join a growing team at Resend, supporting over 4 million developers and millions of emails sent daily. Fully remote position available for candidates in Americas or European timezones, with occasional travel for team events. Requirements: 8+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in backend services. Experience with queues, asynchronous processing, and distributed systems. Ability to design systems from scratch and manage cloud infrastructure. Proficient in API design, relational data models, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK). Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, with availability during Americas working hours. Preferred: Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Go, Postgres, AWS, and developer tools.
