(Senior) Infrastructure & Security Engineer

Description: Own and harden the platform including AWS, Kubernetes, Postgres, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, and incident response. Integrate security as a default with least privilege, secrets management, and tenant isolation. Automate SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls and evidence. Develop self-service systems to reduce operational toil. Ensure safe operation of AI agents with appropriate guardrails. Manage incidents calmly and improve systems post-incident. Requirements: Deep, hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and observability. Proven security engineering skills with a focus on least privilege and auditability. Familiarity with enterprise IT aspects such as certifications and security reviews. Ability to navigate ambiguity and create actionable plans. Sound judgment on system hardening, simplification, and maintenance. Curiosity about AI's impact on software development and operations.
