Senior Application Security Engineer

Description: Join as a Senior Application Security Engineer to secure the Temporal development pipeline and customer execution environment. Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate security into the platform across multiple clouds and shape responsible AI usage. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years in application or product security or a related role. Proven partnership with engineering teams and knowledge of encryption, authentication, and secure communication protocols. Familiarity with SAST, DAST, and penetration testing frameworks. Deep understanding of application architecture and design principles. Excellent communication skills to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Kubernetes security posture management and multi-tenant security architecture. Expertise in at least one programming language, familiarity with Python and Go.
