AI Solutions Engineer - Agents & Automation

Description: Design and build AI agents and automations for external customers in the Cannabis/CPG industry. Collaborate with customers to understand workflows, scoping, and ensure reliable production. Requirements: Several years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or automation engineering. Proven production experience with LLM workflows (e.g., Claude, OpenAI). Strong skills in Python and SQL, including data validation and integration. Experience with REST APIs, browser automation, and troubleshooting production failures.
