DevOps Engineer, Cloud Infra

Description: Handle production incidents and conduct post-mortem analysis for system stability improvements. Design, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Kafka and Redis clusters in a production environment. Collaborate with development teams for seamless application deployment. Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Alicloud) for performance and reliability. Develop DevOps platforms for load testing and change management. Utilize AI frameworks to enhance automation in infrastructure operations. Integrate AI-driven insights into operational processes for improved reliability. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Kafka and Redis operations in large-scale production environments. Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java) and SQL. Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Ansible, Terraform). At least 3 years of experience with AWS; GCP, Azure, or Ali Cloud is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong team collaboration skills and ability to partner with other teams. Experience building or operating AIOps systems. Familiarity with LLM-based DevOps automation tools.
