Fundraise Up
Senior Product Manager, Partnerships
About this role
About Us We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design. Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver. About the Role What we don't have is a product-minded presence in the market: someone in the rooms where the platforms decide what's next, who comes back with the story early enough for us to act first. You are that presence. You source strategic signal in the field, vet it commercially, and feed it into the partner product machine — so Fundraise Up shapes ecosystem shifts like Agentforce and agentic commerce instead of finding out after they ship. This is a market-facing product role: not business development (you don't own accounts or commercial terms), and not platform PM (you don't run the roadmap). You are the counterpart every strong partner product organization pairs with its builders. Travel: up to 30% — covers roughly 2-3 Salesforce conferences a year, HubSpot Unbound, Stripe and Visa events, 1-2 Microsoft events, plus in-person partner and agency meetings. What You’ll Own
- Represent Product in the Ecosystem: Build standing relationships with product and solution leaders at Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, Stripe — and with the principals of major fundraising agencies and consultancies; aspirationally Meta and Google.
- Bring Back the Story: Go into the field and return with the raw material of a product story: what the partner ecosystem is about to need, who confirms it, and what it's worth — written up as a light-weight spec.
- Bring Product Truth to the Market: Know the platform at architecture depth — what exists, what's being built, what we can and can't do — and vet every partner opportunity against that reality before anything is promised.
What You’ll Do
- Work the rooms that matter: Dreamforce, HubSpot Unbound, ecosystem summits — every event produces a written outcome memo with implications, not a trip report.
- Own the agentic-commerce watch: Stripe / Visa / PayPal / Agentforce moves, tracked early enough to act first.
- Source the agency and reseller motion: wedge plays, white-label demand, and warm-door opportunities.
- Land every signal in the shared signal intake, where the PM for Partnership Experience turns patterns into quantified bets. The bar is first-to-market timing: signal delivered before the platform ships, not after.
- Represent product live in US rooms: answer capability and architecture questions with authority.
- Complement PMM, don't duplicate it: PMM owns ICP, co-marketing, and launch motions; this role feeds them product-grounded narrative and feasibility-checked cases. Deliberately not in this role: product roadmap and prioritization, execution through engineering/design, integrations delivery, partner account ownership, and commercial terms. Those owners exist; this role makes them faster and better-informed. Skills and Qualifications
- Ecosystem-native: Direct experience inside one of the Salesforce / HubSpot / Stripe partner ecosystems, adjacent partner-domain experience working with these platforms, or a demonstrable ability to build this kind of relationship network from scratch — any of the three counts.
- Commercial fluency: Can size a market motion — ICP, mechanics, revenue logic — not just describe it.
