QC & Data Management Lead

Description: Lead the QC & Data Management team to ensure quality research data collection adhering to SOPs, GCP, FDA, and protocol guidelines. Conduct thorough reviews of study charts, enter data accurately, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Oversee the QC Data Entry department and train new employees on QC/DE processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years in the department and 2 years in a related clinical research role, with applicable industry certification. Strong understanding of medical terminology, GCP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
