Lead Engineer

Description: Seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer with expertise in Node.js/TypeScript, Java, AWS, APIs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP). Role involves designing and implementing MCP servers and tool integrations for AI-powered applications. Requirements: 7+ years of software engineering experience with production backend systems. Hands-on experience with MCP servers and at least one MCP integration in production. Proficiency in Node.js and/or TypeScript; familiarity with Java is mandatory. Strong experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, VPC, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch). Understanding of REST API design, OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, and API versioning. Experience with OAuth 2.0 and secure credential handling. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and testing skills. Ability to manage complex backend and AI integration initiatives independently.
