Cloud Systems Engineer - Site Reliability

Description: Seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to enhance the reliability and operability of production services in a 24×7 SaaS environment. Responsibilities include improving availability, performance, scalability, and operational automation while collaborating with various technology teams. Requirements: BS degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or SRE. Proficiency in cloud technologies (Azure preferred) and containerization (Kubernetes). Strong Linux systems and networking fundamentals. Experience with observability platforms (Datadog preferred) and operational automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python). Familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments and ITSM practices.
