Staff Software Engineer - DSM Team

Description: Join the Cint Technology team as a Staff Software Engineer in the Data Solutions & Measurement team. Design, implement, scale, and maintain backend systems for high-volume data processing. Collaborate across teams (Outcomes, Methodology, Recruitment) and with product and data science areas. Focus on complex problems with autonomy and freedom to innovate. Requirements: 10+ years of backend software engineering experience with strong technical depth. Proficient in Java (core language) and open to switching from other languages (Python, Scala, etc.). Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and architecture (event-driven). Familiarity with data processing tools (Spark, Kafka, etc.) and experience with Python/PySpark. Experience with Docker, SQL, NoSQL, REST APIs, and event-driven integrations. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with teams. Preferred academic background in computer science or related field.
