AI Engineer

Description: Socure is building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, focusing on real-time identity verification and fraud prevention. The Staff AI Engineer will join a new Internal AI Engineering team to design and implement agentic systems that enhance internal operations across various departments. Requirements: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in AI/ML systems or LLM applications. Strong Python skills and experience with LLM APIs and at least one agentic framework (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI). Proven ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces and deliver impactful AI/automation solutions. Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to translate workflows into technical solutions.
