The Role At Envitia, we're looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing Data & Digital capability, helping customers and internal teams harness the power of data to solve complex challenges and drive informed decision-making. Working across a variety of projects, you'll collect, analyse and interpret data, transforming raw information into clear reports, dashboards and actionable recommendations that deliver real value. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career analyst or someone looking to further develop their data and analytics expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment. You'll work alongside experienced analysts, consultants and technical specialists, gaining exposure to modern analytics tools and techniques while building the skills needed to progress your career in data and digital consulting. Using technologies such as Excel, SQL, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, you'll help uncover trends, measure performance and provide insights that support business and client objectives. From developing dashboards and KPI reporting to analysing complex datasets and presenting findings to stakeholders, you'll play a key role in helping organisations make sense of their data. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning. Responsibilities As a Data Analyst, you'll help transform data into meaningful insights that support business and client decision-making. Working alongside experienced analysts, consultants and technical specialists, you'll be responsible for collecting, preparing and analysing data, creating reports and dashboards, and communicating findings that help stakeholders understand performance, identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
- Collect, organise and maintain data from a variety of sources, ensuring it is accurate, complete and ready for analysis.
- Clean and prepare datasets by identifying and resolving inconsistencies, duplicates and data quality issues.
- Analyse data using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights.
- Create clear and engaging dashboards, reports and visualisations that communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance metrics.
- Collaborate with analysts, consultants and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful analytical outputs.
- Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of reporting solutions, databases and data management processes.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and understandable manner, helping stakeholders make evidence-based decisions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality, reporting standards and analytical best practices.
- Support project delivery by providing accurate analysis and timely reporting across multiple activities and priorities.
- Work closely with senior colleagues to develop your technical, analytical and consulting skills.
