The RN, Clinical Operations is responsible for delivering patient-centered telephonic education, clinical assessment, and support to patients and caregivers in accordance with established clinical protocols, nursing scope of practice, and applicable regulatory guidelines and accreditation guidelines. This role supports safe and effective therapy use, adherence, persistence, and patient outcomes by identifying patient needs, escalating concerns appropriately, documenting interventions accurately, and supporting compliance, quality, and program requirements. The RN, Clinical Operations supports the broader goals of Lumicera by delivering high-quality, patient-centered specialty pharmacy services that improve the patient experience, support safe and effective therapy use, and contribute to strong clinical and operational outcomes.
