About this role

The Role: 11:11 Systems is experiencing tremendous global growth and is looking for a dynamic Enterprise Account Manager to manage a territory of existing enterprise-level customer accounts throughout Japan.

Responsibilities

Ensure frequent contact with customer base to uncover new opportunities and encourage upgrades and cross-sell other services
Track expiring accounts and ensure all accounts are renewed upon expiration
Develop a strong bond with new and existing accounts within your assigned territory
Handle all escalations, such as billing or support issues that are not resolved through normal channels, for your assigned accounts
Schedule appointments with outside sales team for product demos and to generate interest in additional 11:11 Systems service offerings
Ensure contacts with all assigned accounts are kept updated in CRM system
Educate and evangelize 11:11 Systems products to new contacts added to accounts
Schedule and perform online presentations and demonstrations for existing accounts
Manage and track all sales activities within CRM system
Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values
Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements
Additional duties as assigned Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
7+ years of sales and account management experience in cloud hosting, IT, Services, Managed Services, SaaS, or virtualization software
