Senior Software Developer - AI Agents & Systems Design

Description: Build software using AI as a primary instrument, integrating AI agents and tooling into the development workflow. Architect systems with a focus on long-term maintainability, observability, and reliability. Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and security. Requirements: Senior-level software development experience with ownership of architecture decisions and system design. Proven experience building production systems with AI agents, including LLMs for multi-step tasks. Practical experience with Model Context Protocols (MCPs) to connect AI models to various tools. Experience designing and maintaining knowledge repositories for AI systems. Proficiency in using AI coding tools as part of the development workflow. Strong backend development skills and experience with production SaaS applications. Experience designing APIs, data models, and service integrations.
