Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Senior Vice President – Data Centers, ANS

Description: Lead and develop annual budgets and strategic objectives for capital projects. Oversee business development teams and collaborate with various business units to identify new opportunities. Maintain and nurture relationships with large clients, ensuring service delivery and identifying improvement opportunities. Serve as a subject matter expert in client-facing meetings and contribute to thought leadership initiatives. Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with client goals, budget, and timeline. Foster effective communication among project teams and stakeholders. Work remotely with some required travel for client meetings and project oversight. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, project management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience. 5+ years in the data center industry with strong knowledge of MEP and commissioning disciplines. 3+ years experience with Hyperscale Data Centers (>30MW). 15+ years of functional knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications. Proven ability to lead teams and achieve results through others. Strong planning skills with a 3 to 5 year outlook.
