About this role

Colorado (Remote Position) Compass Integrated Services National Operations Colorado Title Team is seeking a dedicated Title Examiner to join the Colorado Title Team in order to support our Colorado brands. We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced title examiner. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial search and exam work.
Calculate rates accurately for various title products.
Provide exceptional support and service for title requests and revisions.
Assist in policy issuance and post-closing requests, as needed. Necessary Qualifications:
Colorado Title Producers License.
Proficiency in understanding underwriter rate manuals to apply appropriate rates.
Knowledge of Colorado Statutes and Title Insurance Regulations.
Proven experience in refinance and purchase title examination production and title customer service.
Experience searching title plants, county websites and other record searching platforms for title searches. Additional Qualifications:
Familiarity with Qualia production system and SKLD / Title Data plants and searching processes.
Comprehensive understanding of title endorsements and their application.
