Senior Solutions Engineer

Description: Serve as a technical partner to customers, Sales, and Delivery, leading discovery and translating business needs into technical requirements. Shape solutions across Andela's portfolio, including Talent Solutions, AI Solutions, and Learning & Assessment Solutions. Requirements: 6+ years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles. Strong technical fluency in software development, cloud architecture, data platforms, and AI systems. Proven ability to lead technical discovery and translate business problems into solutions. Excellent communication skills for engaging with both business and technical stakeholders. Familiarity with modern AI technologies and comfort with technical tools and automation.
