Senior AI Engineer

Description: Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer to develop AI-driven solutions for logistics workflows. The role involves building production AI agents and MCP integrations to enhance dispatch, billing, compliance, and fleet operations. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience with a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Strong communication skills and experience in interdisciplinary team environments. Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and AI/ML concepts. Experience building production-grade AI applications in Python. Hands-on proficiency with LLM integration and knowledge retrieval patterns (RAG, KAG, CAG). Proficiency with SQL and at least one analytical data platform (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.). Experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes.
