We believe the current hiring model is broken: recruiters only have time to interview 5% of applicants, leaving 95% of talent—the "hidden gems"—undiscovered. We are fixing this with an AI-native, high-volume interviewing platform. Our model is unique: we offer our tool for free to recruiters to capture the massive, uncontested markets of Southeast Asia, LATAM, and Africa. This allows us to process massive volumes of candidates that traditional, expensive platforms cannot touch. UI/UX Engineer About Flowmingo At Flowmingo, we don’t just "fill seats"—we build scalable hiring engines. As our UI/UX Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our AI-native platform, ensuring it is intuitive and powerful for both recruiters and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Platform Design & Iteration: Design, prototype, and iterate on user interfaces and user experiences for Flowmingo’s core platform, focusing on usability, accessibility, and engagement.
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the product.
- Visual Design: Develop high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and visual assets that align with Flowmingo’s brand identity. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for creative, user-centric engineers with a passion for building exceptional digital products. Ideal candidates will possess:

- Design Proficiency: A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Technical Acumen: An understanding of the technical constraints and possibilities of web development and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Problem-Solving: A structured and analytical mindset when approaching challenges, seeking data-driven solutions.
