Conversational AI Chat Bot Developer, Cognigy

Description: Develop, test, and deliver the NICE Cognigy software platform. Implement NICE Proactive AI Agent, Omilia, and Cognigy software for client projects. Enhance conversational chat bot solutions and deliver high-quality software on time. Perform system analysis and project management duties. Requirements: 3 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems and Generative AI solutions. 3+ years of software development experience, including JavaScript, Python, and Java. 5+ years of JavaScript experience. Familiarity with chat bot products like DialogFlow, Kore.ai, Cognigy, Amazon Lex, or Omilia. Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and NICE CXone is a plus. Strong team player with mentoring abilities and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Benefits: Competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 per year.
