Staff Information Security Engineer - AI First

Description: Rithum is seeking a Staff AI-First Information Security Engineer to integrate AI into security practices, focusing on designing security controls and automated tooling for AI-powered products. The role involves balancing research and fast-paced delivery while collaborating with various teams to enhance security without hindering efficiency. Requirements: 5+ years of security engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML security. Proficiency in identity and access management, infrastructure and policy-as-code, and cloud security expertise (AWS). Experience with AI tools and frameworks, application security methodologies, and threat modeling. Familiarity with SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 control frameworks.
