This is a full-time W-2 executive role (not 1099) where you’ll serve as the marketing partner to a portfolio of law firm clients — setting strategy, building systems, coaching owners, and driving measurable growth — without ever having to find or sell the engagements yourself. If your senior marketing experience was earned under a VP, Director, or Head of Marketing title, this role is not the right fit, regardless of the scope of responsibility in that role. Within that CMO/Fractional CMO tenure, you must show sustained, concurrent experience managing multiple client relationships at the same time, specifically advising small to mid-sized businesses ($5M–$30M+ revenue) as your primary, ongoing clients, not as single projects or side engagements. ❌ Held VP, Director, or Head of Marketing titles, even with CMO-level scope of responsibility?
