Role Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Talent Team as a Senior Talent Partner / Co-Founder. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the founding team, become a shareholder, and help us build a world-class team by attracting top talent on a global scale. You will also take ownership of key People Operations initiatives to support and grow our internal culture. We're seeking someone with a strong track record, energy, and vision to help drive our growth and long-term success. What we expect:

- Commitment: Minimum of 8-16 hours per week. Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand and address their HR and talent acquisition needs
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various roles
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding
- Handle HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth onboarding, completion of necessary documentation, and employee data compliance
- Provide HR support to managers and employees, offering guidance on HR-related matters and fostering a positive work environment
- Manage HR projects like talent development, performance management, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends in both HR and talent acquisition, implementing new strategies to enhance our processes
