Lead Data Center NOC Engineer

Description: Lead Level 2 Data Center NOC Engineer responsible for technical leadership and operational ownership in modular, edge, and distributed data center environments. Ensure uptime of critical infrastructure, lead incident response, mentor NOC staff, and support onboarding. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in NOC, data center, or infrastructure operations. Strong hands-on experience with DCIM/BMS platforms and advanced L2/L3 networking troubleshooting. Ability to interpret electrical one-lines and network diagrams; comfortable with shift work and on-call rotations.
