Proactively engage assigned customers to identify growth opportunities and enhance account value.
Drive the upgrade of accounts from Standard to CX solutions.
Identify and pursue add-on opportunities, such as additional seats or new offerings (e.g., AI Receptionist).
Educate customers on GoTo’s evolving suite of products.
Build strong customer relationships and deepen account loyalty through consultative selling.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Consistently meet or exceed expansion and upsell targets. What We’re Looking For As an Account Growth Specialist, your background will look like:
Proven success in sales, account management, or a related customer growth/expansion role.
Previous closing or outbound experience preferred.
Ability to manage a high-volume book of business with a proactive and organized approach.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
