Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Supply

Description: Lead the technical vision and roadmap for ML systems in forecasting, supply positioning, and fleet optimization. Execute complex, cross-functional ML initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes. Mentor engineers and establish best practices for ML development and deployment. Collaborate with product and operations leadership to shape strategy and prioritize investments. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with a proven track record in leading ML systems in production. Strong system design skills and experience with scalable ML systems, data pipelines, and inference systems. Proficient in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and data tools (SQL, Spark). Experience mentoring engineers and translating business problems into technical strategies.
