Description: Lead the adoption of emerging AI technologies at Code for America, ensuring alignment with organizational values and workforce obligations. Author and manage the AI Acceptable Use Policy, guiding teams in responsible AI tool experimentation. Requirements: 5–8+ years of experience in IT, compliance, security, or organizational change. Proven ability to draft and manage technology governance policies and communicate them to non-technical audiences. Familiarity with AI tools and best practices in AI governance and data privacy. Strong communication skills and experience in training or enablement programs. Benefits: Salary range of $128,945 to $157,850 annually.
