Senior Software Engineer

Description: AuthZed is a Series A company focused on fixing access control with products that simplify permission management and ensure enterprise-scale performance. The Senior Software Engineer will work on SpiceDB and other open-source projects, addressing challenges in distributed systems, databases, and cloud infrastructure. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in programming languages such as Golang, Python, or Java, with a preference for Go. Strong background in systems engineering, including distributed systems and databases. Experience with cloud infrastructure and managing distributed databases. Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and Git. Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Ability to thrive in remote, cross-time-zone teams.
