RL Environment Software Engineer

Description: Remote position for an RL Environment Software Engineer at a fast-growing applied AI research lab. Role involves building high-quality reinforcement-learning environments and agents to simulate real-world workflows. Requirements: Strong machine-learning engineering skills with a focus on reinforcement learning. Proficiency in Node.js, Python, React/TypeScript, Kubernetes, and Docker. Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience. Reinforcement-learning experience is a plus but not required. Benefits: Competitive compensation of $180K-$220K base, with potential ~$400K+ OTE (uncapped profit share).
