Lead Software Engineer

Description: Join the EMEA Engineering team as a Lead Software Engineer, working remotely from France. Design, build, and ship full-stack features while taking ownership of complex technical problems and enhancing engineering standards. Requirements: 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including senior or lead-level roles. Proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Ruby, Node.js), a modern frontend framework (ideally React), and SQL. Experience in designing scalable systems and conducting code reviews. Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment. Hands-on experience with AI tools for coding and automation. Professional working proficiency in English. Benefits: Competitive base salary range of €65,000 - €75,000 per year. Salary based on skills, experience, and market ranges, excluding equity and additional benefits.
