Stellenbeschreibung Junior Business Development Manager Europe – German & English We are looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Business Development Manager Europe to identify new business opportunities and support the growth of our European market. Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect new business opportunities across Europe. Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Schedule meetings with prospects and internal sales/SME teams. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Manage sales activities and opportunities in Salesforce. Qualify leads and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline. Support sales campaigns and account strategies. Qualifikationen Requirements: C1 German or above – mandatory. Fluent English – mandatory. Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is an advantage. Proactive, results-oriented, and detail-oriented mindset.
