Description: Own the design, measurement quality, and clinical validity of datasets for health-domain models. Collaborate with a team to ensure data and evaluation methodologies are clinically realistic and statistically defensible. Requirements: 5+ years of data science experience, with 2+ years in healthcare or related fields. Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards and experience designing ML datasets. Proficiency in Python and SQL, with familiarity in LLM-based health AI workflows. Understanding of healthcare privacy and compliance regulations.
