Solutions Engineer

Description: Element451 seeks a Solutions Engineer to connect technology and storytelling for higher education leaders. Role involves designing and delivering demos and proof-of-concepts showcasing AI tools that enhance student experiences. Requirements: 4 years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting (SaaS required, higher-ed tech preferred). Proven experience in delivering demos or POCs that drive engagement and conversion. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people. Advanced fluency with AI tools, including Claude and Claude Cowork. Understanding of CRM systems, APIs, data integration, and no-code/low-code tools.
