Senior Software Engineer, AI Platform

Description: Join Juniper Square as a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and operate production systems for institutional financial clients. Work on the AI Platform team, developing foundational infrastructure for AI initiatives across customer-facing and internal automation. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in backend/full-stack software engineering, with strong Python skills and experience in frameworks like FastAPI or Django. Familiarity with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices. Experience with AI-native development tools and building/integrating AI/LLM-powered systems in production. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Benefits: Competitive salary range: $175,000 - $220,000 (U.S.) or $165,000 - $210,000 CAD (Canada).
