Description: Help customers understand Sainapse's capabilities and fit within their environment. Own presales discovery, solution architecture, demos, and technical validation, ensuring a smooth handoff to delivery. Requirements: Experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, architecture, or customer-facing delivery. Coding fluency to work with APIs, inspect logs, and build prototypes. Strong communication skills with technical teams and business stakeholders. Familiarity with enterprise systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Freshworks, Zendesk, SAP, or Oracle. Sound judgment regarding validation, implementation risk, and agentic AI limits. Benefits: Competitive base salary of $120,000–$140,000 USD annually. Equity options ranging from 0.05–0.1%.
