5 days a week in the office) Travel: Up to 50% (Client Sites) The Account Executive (aka Digital Transformation Advisor) is responsible for end-to-end sales cycles, engaging with finance leaders across the DACH region to showcase how our AI-powered solutions can transform their financial operations. Your Day-to-Day Critical member of a consultative sales team with a core focus on developing and closing new business opportunities with your assigned accounts Maintain expert knowledge of Highradius solutions to ensure current and potential new customers have appropriate expectations for products and services Aggressively drive the development of the sales pipeline by prospecting and performing outbound sales activities such as lead follow-up, sales qualifications. Manage and forecast sales activity and opportunities by flawlessly executing the HighRadius sales process and playbook Attend industry events, such as user groups, tradeshows and conferences, to meet new prospects and customers Conduct research on competitors, market and industry trends Ability to articulate abstract ideas clearly and provide a robust business case for new initiatives with customers What you’ll need to be successful Must be fluent in German and English Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or adjacent field is desired 5+ years of experience in a value-based sales model, preferably in IT Services & Consulting or SaaS industry. Ability to communicate value to senior-level executives and proven experience in building and sustaining strong strategic relationships Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills Ability to manage strategic, consultative selling tactics and techniques Ability to travel to client sites & industry events up to 50% of the time Why HighRadius?
