Senior Platform Engineer

Description: Seeking a serious Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain cloud platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Focus on combining software engineering with infrastructure, automation, cloud architecture, and SRE principles. Requirements: Strong experience with cloud systems on GCP, capable of creating scalable architectures. Proficient in Python and FastAPI for backend development, not just infrastructure setup. Familiarity with Terraform and GitHub Actions for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD automation. Knowledge of PostgreSQL administration, performance tuning, and integrations. Experience with Kubernetes, OpenMetadata, GCP Networking, and monitoring tools is a plus. Developer Experience (DX) mindset to understand and support other development teams.
