Salary: R23,000 per month Remote Recruitment is hiring a Telesales Representative for our UK-based clients. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services
Identify customer needs and match them to appropriate solutions
Meet and exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets
Maintain accurate CRM records of calls and outcomes
Build rapport with prospects to nurture long-term client relationships Requirements
1+ year of telesales or outbound calling experience
Clear, confident telephone manner with strong persuasion skills
Familiarity with CRM systems for logging call activity
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home
Target-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejection What We Offer
