Sr. Software Engineer, Takeoff

Description: Join Pilot as a Senior Software Engineer on the Takeoff team, responsible for core accounting systems. Own projects from design to rollout, collaborating with engineers, product managers, designers, and accounting experts. Requirements: 5+ years of software engineering experience. Proficiency in Python or Vue (or other JavaScript frameworks) in production. Strong coding fundamentals and ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested code. Good product and systems judgment in ambiguous problem spaces. Strong communication skills and experience working effectively on a remote team. Ability to mentor and teach others.
