Product Engineer - AI Neobank

Description: Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services within BJAK's AI Neobank. Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans. Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams. Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys. Use data, feedback, and research to improve product decisions and drive iterations. Requirements: Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, or similar role. Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows. Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products. Comfortable with metrics, user feedback, and post-launch learning. Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills. High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance. Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, or high-growth products is a strong advantage.
