Investment Compliance Technical Lead

Description: Lead a project for a trillion-dollar AUM asset manager to transform management of Investment Management Agreements (IMAs). Build a structured, searchable compliance system to reduce manual errors and improve efficiency in managing investment guidelines. Requirements: Technical Architecture & Implementation: Experience with rules engines (e.g., Drools, DMN) and temporal data models. Knowledge of semantic modeling and audit trails. Experience in document extraction and scenario-based testing. Investment Compliance Expertise: Experience coding investment guidelines into compliance rules on platforms like Charles River or Bloomberg AIM. Understanding of asset management workflows and IMAs. Agency & Communication: High agency and strong writing skills for clear communication with stakeholders. Ability to engage with clients at a senior level.
