About this role
Description: Lead and manage field research trials focused on crop protection across various crops. Design, implement, and oversee efficacy trials ensuring high-quality data collection. Analyze research results and provide technical recommendations for product advancement. Collaborate with universities, extension partners, and growers to strengthen industry partnerships. Provide technical expertise through training and scientific documentation. Requirements: M.S. degree in Weed Science, Entomology, Plant Pathology, Nematology, or related field; Ph.D. preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with M.S. or 3 years with Ph.D. in agricultural research. Proven experience conducting field efficacy trials for insect, weed, and disease control products. Strong knowledge of agronomy, crop production systems, and research methodologies. Hands-on experience with agricultural equipment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to travel up to 25% within the assigned territory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
