Agility PR Solutions
Content Marketing Manager
About this role
Company Overview Agility PR Solutions is a global leader in media intelligence and PR technology. Founded in 2003, we help communications teams around the world drive awareness, make smarter decisions, and protect their reputation when it matters most. Our enterprise-grade platform unifies media relations, media monitoring, social listening, AI visibility, and media intelligence into a single seamless system—turning overwhelming streams of coverage and conversation into decision-ready intelligence. Recognized for ease of use, results, and customer support, Agility is one of the most trusted names in media intelligence. Our mission is to empower the voices that shape the world's narratives, and we're looking for people who want to help us do it. About the Role Reporting to the Director of Communications & Content, the Content Marketing Manager is the production engine of Agility's content organization: a high-velocity writer who ships. You will produce across two lanes. First, Bulldog Reporter: you write the publication's editorial franchises to the Director's standard — credible, useful journalism for PR professionals, produced through the lens that the publication is a working demonstration of what our platform makes possible. Second, campaign content: blog posts, webinar content, and thought leadership in service of demand generation campaigns. The Director arbitrates the queue between the two lanes, so both ship. You also carry the managing-editor duties for Bulldog's contributor network, external and internal — coordinating outside contributors, marshaling internal subject-matter contributors (including a standing weekly contribution from product and customer marketing), keeping the pipeline full, and holding every submission to the standard. Our production method is explicit: AI-first drafting, human-elevated finishing. You use AI as your starting point, then make the work genuinely better with what only you bring — fluency in our personas, knowledge of the industry, understanding of our readers' pain points and objectives, and awareness of the strategy each piece serves. Candidates who treat AI output as finished work, or who refuse to use it at all, will not thrive here. What Success Looks Like
- Bulldog's editorial franchises ship on cadence, to standard, with minimal rework.
- Campaign content lands on brief and on time for demand generation.
- The contributor network runs smoothly: pipeline full, submissions edited to standard, contributors well managed.
- Production velocity is visibly high without drift from the house register.
- Content performance is tracked, and learnings show up in the next piece. What You'll Do Editorial Production
- Write and ship Bulldog Reporter's franchise formats to the Director's editorial standard.
- Execute the journalism-first framing with integrity: the platform is the instrument, not the subject.
- Take editing well and fold it back into your craft. Campaign Content
- Produce blog posts, webinar content, and campaign thought leadership briefed by demand generation.
- Adapt register appropriately between editorial and campaign lanes without losing quality in either.
- Turn campaign briefs around with urgency. Contributor Coordination
- Manage the Bulldog contributor network, external and internal: recruitment, assignments, deadlines, and editing.
- Coordinate internal contributors across the marketing team — including the standing weekly contribution from product and customer marketing — and edit them to the same standard as outside submissions.
- Keep the contributor pipeline full and the quality bar consistent. Craft & Method
- Run the AI-first, human-elevated production workflow and keep improving it.
