Specialist DevOps Engineer, CX

Description: Key role in managing and improving cloud infrastructure and software delivery ecosystem. Collaborate with R&D, Development, QA, Security, and Operations teams for scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-efficient platforms. Own and enhance AWS cloud environment, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and operational processes. Requirements: 8-11 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or similar roles. Strong hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, EC2, VPC, ALB, Lambda, CloudFront, CloudWatch). Proficient in Terraform, Docker, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions. Proficiency in Shell/PowerShell and at least one programming language (Python, Java, Groovy, JavaScript, or Go). Experience with monitoring, cloud security, and troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in Agile environments. Advantageous: Experience with AWS RDS, FinOps, software engineering, multi-region SaaS environments, and AI tools for automation.
